Knowledge Park Student Care Centre with over 30 years of experience delivering quality student care, enrichment and education services. Established in 1991, we have grown from a single centre in Pasir Ris to a network of community-based and school-based student care centres across Singapore.
Today, our team of more than 100 educators supports thousands of students through programmes that combine academic support, character development and social-emotional learning. We work closely with schools, parents and community partners to provide safe, nurturing and engaging learning environments that enable every child to thrive.

Growth Mindset Pedagogy – Our Curriculum Framework
At Knowledge Park Student Care, Growth Mindset pedagogy forms the foundation of our curriculum framework. We believe that every child has the potential to learn, improve and grow when provided with the right guidance, encouragement and opportunities.
A Growth Mindset helps children understand that abilities and intelligence are not fixed. Through effort, practice, perseverance and learning from mistakes, they can continuously develop their capabilities. Instead of fearing challenges or failure, children are encouraged to see them as valuable opportunities for learning and improvement.
Our educators intentionally create learning experiences that encourage children to explore, question, attempt, reflect and try again. We focus not only on outcomes, but also on the learning process—recognising effort, effective strategies, perseverance and progress. Children learn to replace “I can't do this” with “I can't do this yet.”
Growth Mindset is also integrated with our 8 Core Values: Respect, Resilience, Responsibility, Integrity, Self-Confidence, Self-Discipline, Self-Motivation and Empathy. Through daily interactions, purposeful activities, reflection and real-life experiences, children learn to put these values into practice.
By embedding Growth Mindset throughout our curriculum, we aim to nurture children who are confident learners, resilient problem-solvers and responsible individuals who embrace challenges, learn from setbacks and believe in their capacity to become better every day.
